In-Home Longevity Training for 55+

A company made for adults who wish to stay active and independent throughout their later years.

Mission:

Provide high quality and research supported longevity training to maximize my active adults' independence and physical capabilities.

Where research and engagement meet!

While my training protocols are based on the most current research, I strive to make training enjoyable to maximize engagement and effort.

Train without restrictions!

For most of my clients, I operate on a cash-based model, giving you full control over your care without insurance limitations. I don't want to just get you back to "baseline", I want you to do things you haven't done for years.

Need Insurance to Cover PT?

If you have had a fall or specific physical decline within the last 6 months, you may qualify to have your training covered by Medicare through a partnership with Limitless Rehabilitation and Wellness LLC.  Call to see if you qualify.

Meet your PT:
Dr. Brian Richards

Richards_Photo.JPG Dr. Brian Richards DPT PT

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University in 2017 and completed a Geriatric Physical Therapy Residency at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center. With over seven years of experience across a variety of care settings, I’ve discovered my true passion: helping aging adults build strength, improve balance, and enhance mobility—all from the comfort of their own homes.

I specialize in training programs designed specifically for the aging body, as well as for conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, frailty, neuropathy, cardiopulmonary, and orthopedic diagnoses. My goal is to deliver care that’s high-quality, research-supported, and truly effective—so each client can reach their full physical potential.

I’ve built this service with one guiding principle: to offer the kind of care I’d want for my own parents

"Excellent physical therapy for my mother. Brian Richards is an awesome therapist!!"

Gerald

"Brian worked with my 94 year old Dad who has had alzheimers for over a decade and had fallen twice within a week (with a walker). His "bedside manner" is incredible. In fact, my Dad's 97 year old wife who does not like having strangers in the home, looked forward to his visits so much that all she ever did was tell everyone about how she couldn't wait for Brian's next visit."

Kathy M

"I highly recommend Brian if you are looking for a PT in your home.  He's very knowledgeable and makes the sessions feel like you have accomplished something.  He explains everything very well and pushes you through just enough."
